Returns policy:

The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with rememberus.co.uk, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the shopper cancels their order, they will have their payment returned and bear the cost of returning the goods in their original condition and packaging. These requirements ensure compliance with EU regulations.

In case we send you the wrong watch. In the unlikely event of this happening please contact us by email immediately then return the watch by Registered Post in the original packaging. This will cost around £1.40. We will then replace the watch and repay the cost of postage to your credit card or send stamps for the same value.
