Dear Mr Urdaibay, Thank you for the call this morning and this email. I have checked with my card provider and they tell me that it was the card expiry date that I entered incorrectly the first time through. The second payment is confirmed as recieved and ok by my card provider. My apologies for my wayward digit. Best Regards Paul

Dear Alan, Thank you for sending the watch. Very useful. Could I order another one (same spec) - present for a brother. If you have the VISA details, delivery address details, etc, it would save my completing the on line order form etc. I would need it by the end of next week latest - would that be possible? (We do not receive or keep any credit card details of any of our customers - only WorldPay knows what these are so we could not help David as he requested. We do not want to know these details - please do not mail these details to us - it is unsafe to send credit card detail through the mail . It is perfectly safe to enter credit card details on the WorldPay form we provide, however, and much more secure than using your card to pay in a shop or restaurant)

Hi Alan Just to say that I've just received my watch - many thanks. I have to say that until I received your email earlier today I was starting to think that I may have been 'done' as I'd not heard anything from you. So, can I suggest that you email customers on receipt and dispatch of their orders, as I had heard nothing from you and therefore didn't know if you'd received or processed my order.

Overall I'm pleased with the service you offered, and your price, speed of reply and dispatch.

I will recommend you to anyone who'd like a similar watch.

(Andrew was a little unlucky - the Royal Mail had a bad week and we had just been burgled at the time his watch went out and he didn't get a tracking number - the burglar was unlucky too - we don't keep any watches on the premises, but it does put you off your stride when you've been burgled)
